Our After-School Dance Academy is from 3:00 pm-6:30 pm. Students enrolled in our Dance Academy Programming are picked up from school daily, within a 5 mile radius, brought to the studio, and given a healthy prepared snack. We then have homework/tutorials from 4:00 pm-4:45 pm with additional assistance by our certified Texas teachers, instructors, and high school volunteers. At 4:45 pm, students change into their dance attire and dance classes schedule commences at 5:00 pm with additional enrolled students.

The students within our Summer Dance Academy are involved in a jam-packed 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with dance intensives, Anatomy and Physiology labs, and fitness classes, as we provide these programs to outside facilities. In their weekly sessions, students will experience several activities throughout the week. During their daily dance sessions, the students will learn a variety of dance genres including Hip-Hop, street jazz, beginning ballet, and cultural dance forms. We also utilize the studio as a source of in-house summer field trips.

     HeartBeat Performance Art Charities'

Flyte Talent Kids is a performance company comprised of accomplished singers, actors, tumblers, and dancers of many genres.  The kids represent all races and genders.  Their ages range from 8 to 13 years.

Within the school year, Flyte Talent tours 10+ schools within the Houston community and put on their kid-friendly, leg-tapping, beat-grooving, sing-along with me, feel-good production to their peers.  And when we say these kids are good, they are GOOD!   They are the mid-year reminder to their peers that they are special, kindness is always cool, and they can do anything they dare to dream!

These young performers are charged with learning a 30-minute musical theater production over a variety of subject matters that plague children in the elementary and middle school environment.  The production teaches an assembly of children about:  confidence, positive self esteem, being kind, anti-bullying, saying no to drugs and alcohol, being a good friend, having a growth mindset, trying your best, STAAR TEST Pep Rallies, and a variety of topics that influence school-aged kids a lot differently when presented by other kids!
